There are many possible applications in the automotive field. Our laboratory tests make it possible to find the most suitable wavelength for the product. The different sizes of transmitters make it possible to adapt to the product, with precise distributions of heating zones.

Mobile arches, tunnels and gallows

Infrared radiation is very efficient and economical for drying paint, and allows a heating without inertia, and homogeneous. Simple to install in the form of an arch, for in-line drying, or paint touch-up. The realization can range from a complete arch to a small module mounted on a roller stem.

Rubber

Our products for rubber industry are suitable for any type of heat treatment, drying of flocking or coating. The manufactured means can be as infrared tunnel, with temperature control at the exit of each zone. But also as modules more or less large, adapted to existing production lines.

Preheating

We can create infrared preheating systems, allowing both to heat rigid parts before assembly, as well as textiles to be shaped by giving them more elasticity.

Glue reactivation

For glue reactivation before assembly, infrared radiation is highly effective, and allows great flexibility. Transmitters can be oriented to follow the product as much as possible.

Deplissage, demoirage

Infrared technology makes it possible to unfold fabrics after injection or gluing, for vehicle interior trim elements.

Thermoforming

We produce infrared panels adapted to the size of the product, which in the context of thermoforming, are particularly effective, because they are very reactive, without inertia, and with a very good temperature accuracy. The realization can be done in different ways, either by means of panels installed on existing systems, or for example ovens with complete drawers.
