Our achievements are therefore adapted to your needs, complete set oven and conveyor, radiant panels or simple modules.
We have in our laboratory a mesh conveyor made of stainless steel on wheels, which can possibly be rented for tests on your premises in our presence or independently.

Toasting, gratinage, gilding
Infrared technologies are very suitable for this type of heating, because it is a surface heating. We select through testing the best technology to use. The short infrared is for example ideal for pizza gratinage, croque-monsieur, …
The mid-infrared makes it possible, for example, to achieve a very beautiful gilding of Flans with eggs.
We install the heating elements, either on an existing machine, or we realize the complete heating tunnel with its conveyor.
Stabilization of packaged products
The short infrared allows heating by radiation directly through the packaging film of an already sealed product. This significantly increases the shelf life of the product. In the past, we have carried out applications of this type, especially for four-quarters, whose shelf life has been reduced from a few weeks to a few months.
Braising, icing
The infrared radiation makes it possible to braise meat and fish, as well as to thin a glaze, for a better homogeneity, as well as to facilitate for example the addition of chocolate confetti after softening the icing, giving a better grip.
