Infrared oven and drying
MANUFACTURING INFRARED OVEN FROM A TO Z, FOR VARIOUS FIELDS
The implementation of infrared heating requires specific technologies. Therefore, the design of ovens (and thermal equipment) using infrared radiation differs greatly from that of resistance equipped ovens.
At ISB Technologies, we carry out our infrared radiation ovens from A to Z: we start with product tests to end with the start-up of the machine on site, through design, assembly and extensive testing.
This method of infrared heating has been an autonomous field for a long time, with industrial applications being numerous and original.
ISB Technologies is able to offer you complete sets for all fields of application requiring radiant heating. For example, we offer “drawer” ovens, “shock” ovens, tunnels or conveyors with top, bottom, or side heating. ISB Technologies also provides you with the electrical control and power cabinet.
The industrial concerned applications are numerous: cooking, roasting, drying, sterilization, polymerization, heat treatment, etc.
The activity sectors are varied: mechanical industries, textiles, paper mills, food, plastics, coatings, building materials, etc.
A developed technique
The integrated infrared emitters are perfectly matched to the product geometries. They are distributed in such a way as to obtain the best possible return.
These emitters have a tungsten filament protected by halogen gas, in a Quartz tube, positioned on the focal line of a polished and shiny aluminum reflector. They also include electrical connection ceramics.
The heating can be controlled either manually, with a percentage of power, or by pyrometric regulation loop. In the latter case, an optical pyrometer constantly monitors the temperature of the treated surface. It delivers this information to a comparator regulator which, via a power dimmer, doses the radiated energy. Consequently, the temperature of the surface is thus permanently maintained to always remain equal to that of the setpoint.
As a result, this technology makes it possible to quickly rise to the desired temperature. Then it allows precise maintenance of the temperature.
